The service department at Long Lewis is a really great group of people. I recently had a repair on my F150 and the experience was top notch. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member and were treated very well. They took care of my truck in a very timely manner. The facilities are modern and clean. I would highly recommend Long Lewis to anyone looking for a great experience.

UPDATE: I continue to go to Long-Lewis for service and I am consistently impressed with their Team, how they treat me and take great care of my vehicle! Thank you!! I have been very pleased with my 2022 F150, but I just had an apim module go out. So I no longer had an information screen, radio or other really nice to have features. On Monday afternoon, I took my vehicle to the service department and was so very fortunate to be greeted by Ms. Lauren R. She was able to immediately diagnose the problem and told me the plan of attack to repair. The item itself is expensive, but Lauren was very forthcoming and offered to find assistance in reducing the cost directly from Ford. With her taking that initiative that I did not know was available and following up on my behalf, she was able to reduce my cost by 2/3 and should have my vehicle repaired within a very short period of time! I could not be happier with Lauren, her professionalism and her desire to provide me great service. Her action will ensure that I continue to be a returning customer and was able to save me a lot of money. I highly recommend Long Lewis River Region in Prattville. I go there for all of my service needs for my truck and I have never been disappointed in anything they have done for me.
