They don’t play games they give you the very best price up front on both the vehicle you want to purchase and your trade which I found to be more than fair. I wish other dealerships would take a lesson from Long-Lewis and the high level of customer service they other. 6/17/20 – Sales person Keith Beene and sales manager (his name escapes me at the moment) were very good at helping me get into a new vehicle that was easier for me to get in and out of because of knee surgery. I didn’t get the vehicle that I originally wanted but they tried their best to get the payments down but couldn’t. I have had an Escape in the past and really, really liked it so now that I am back in another one, I am really pleased with my purchase.

Everything was as he told me. 😃 Only improvement is before rushing to deliver vehicle to new owner slow down. Don’t trust your detailing team to point out any dings or say needs more cleaning. I would have rather waited extra time to get a very well detailed, No dings, new car smelling, clean car. Good news is LL is going to take care of the minor issues in a few weeks. The Sanders Family. 3/18/20 – What an absolute PLEASURE it is to experience the difference at Long-Lewis Mitsubishi/Ford/VW etc. After dealing with UNSCRUPULOUS dealerships I was literally waiting for something to go wrong. To my surprise, EVERYTHING was great! Cade Anderson gave me the WHOLE out the door price in MINUTES. No shell game. NO SURPRISES. NO hidden documents fee that you only see when it’s time to sign the paperwork. James drove over FIVE HOURS to deliver the car TO MY HOUSE!! NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Filled the tank before he arrived. 3/16/20 – It was incredible to meet a car dealer that was so genuine. Being from Rochester, NY I was skeptical especially since I bought a vehicle from another dealer in Huntsville and purchased a $23,000 lemon. My dad worked for Philanz Olds, Dioguardi Autogroup, John Holtz BMW-Porsche-Audi-Mercedes, Autohaus Of Rochester (was bought out by Holtz Honda-Acura and Range Rover), Doyle Chevy, Hoselton Auto Group, Marina Dodge/Jeep/Ram and Mitsubishi. As well as several small paint and body shops. He worked as the Parts Mgr and/or body shop Mgr at most places. He won’t buy a car unless he knows the salesman and still won’t trust them. He raised me to never trust a car salesman. New or used. Blake changed my opinion. I will purchase vehicles from him without question so long as he sells cars and I am looking to buy one. The finance guy, Jeff was awesome as well.

1/27/20 – I appreciate the excellent business model Long-Lewis Muscle Shoals utilizes. The LL staff does an excellent job and is very professional. Mr. Brown did an excellent job showing my wife the various Lincoln automobiles and features while she was selecting her new car. I complement him on his good work. This is the third new car I’ve bought from LL. In years past, I also bought 3 new cars from the Florence Chrysler dealership. Unfortunately, that dealership changed ownership and business practices (i.e., they went to a High Pressure model – and also ‘ran off’ some of their quality employees). I no longer recommend that dealership. I DO recommend LL to my friends and family whenever the topic of cars/trucks come up. Keep up the excellent work.

Rodney Hayes was very professional he answered all my questions walked me through the whole process on buying my Lincoln MKC, he explained every step of the way! I loved the low price (looked at Cullman, Alabama Lincoln not even close on price). After all the signing was done Rodney meet me at he lobby walked me to the New Lincoln and walked me through and answered all my question on how all the bells and whistles works on the MKC. Only thing I would look at on improving is a little more space at each sales desk to give some privacy but this is not a show stopper. I can’t wait till I get my first oil change to see how the hospitality is. Top Notch!!!!!

1/1/20 – It was a very smooth process and everyone I dealt with was very professional. My Sales Consultant Patrick Curtain spent a lot of time with me and was very helpful throughout the buying process. He sat in the car and went through the car’s operation and how all the electronic features worked. I never felt hurried during this time and he was able to answer all my questions. I was offered refreshments on numerous occasions. The car did not have an Owners Manual and Mr. Curtain located one and called me later that day and said he would deliver to me but I said I would get it when I came and got the car cleaned.

It should say a lot that I went through a dealer that was 6 hours away from my city. Long-Lewis is an absolutely AMAZING dealership. There was zero haggle with purchasing my vehicle- no games, no drama! I can’t say I’ve ever had this type of experience before. When Long-Lewis advertises a price, it is the price. PERIOD! Their internet sales department is impeccable! They should truly be the flagship for all Ford/ Lincoln dealers. We made the deal and 24 hours later, they delivered my car to me. 6 hours away and they hand delivered my vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from any dealership other than Long-Lewis. My dealers in Mobile, AL make the car buying experience so painful and frustrating. I literally had switched to owning Honda and Toyota vehicles over Ford because of the terrible experiences my local dealers have created. In this day and age, No-one wants to spend hours at a car dealership playing the back and forth game. Long-Lewis is incredible and practice with integrity as they honor their word with being a no haggle dealership. Gordon Frost was my sales person and he was so personable and wonderful. He even made a video of my vehicle and sent it to me to be sure it was just what I wanted! It’s the extra touches like that which make customers feel truly cared for through their car buying experience. Also, the sales manager followed up with me several days following my purchase just to be sure I had encountered a positive buying experience and that I was totally satisfied with my purchase, which I am!!! I love my explorer and will be buying my next vehicles through this dealership as well. Long-Lewis is truly PERFECT!!!! You need more dealers like them and no brand could even touch your sales! 1/10/18 – The sales team worked hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. They also gave me a rental vehicle to drive until my new vehicle was delivered. While I was cleaning out my trade-in, Mitch Byrd drove the rental vehicle to where I was parked and left it running with the heater on to make sure it was warm when I finished. He even helped me to complete my car clean out and tag removal. All of the staff members at Long-Lewis Ford go above and beyond any other dealership in the way they treat their customers. This is the reason I keep coming back to buy vehicles from them. From their sales to their service, I am totally pleased with the way I am treated. They have scheduled the installation of seat warmers at their Extreme Store because this vehicle has leather seats, but not seat warmers. This was a better cost to me because I did not want to spend the extra money on the next package level. They really made this installation a great option for pricing and service. I do not know anything which could have been improved!

If it wasn’t for him, I would have ended up with something else. He told us that I could get a mustang just as cheap as a fusion or focus. Overall, he was very helpful and did an excellent job. Also wanted to say thank you too all of the people who had to stay late on a Saturday, for two hours, so I could get my car. The only thing that I had any problem with was whomever washed my mustang left soap spots on it. But that’s ok, I wanted to wash it myself anyways. But any who, thank you guys so much for everything!! I LOVE my new mustang!!

4/28/17 – I’ve never owned a Ford in my life (I’m 63) but decided I wanted to move up to a full size truck from my mid-size. Every review I read on pickup’s said the F-150 was the best so I decided to visit Long-Lewis in Muscle Shoals. I immediately found a demo vehicle I liked but when they cleaned it up for me to buy they found hail damage that I hadn’t seen and they brought it to my attention. I decided I didn’t want it. I asked them to find one just like it and this was on a late Friday afternoon. Tracy Jackson called me late that evening and told me they had found one in Arkansas and described it to me. If I wanted it they would go after it and bring it back to me. I asked them to go ahead and the following Tuesday I had a new pickup just like the one I wanted, without the hail damage of course. I was pleased with the service I received from Long-Lewis and while both Tracy Jackson and Ethan Holt provided me excellent customer service, actually everyone one I encountered there was very courteous and seemed to be completely oriented to making me happy. No hassle with sales staff, or dickering back and forth with pricing, which I appreciate because the whole process used to nerve wracking (when buying from other dealerships, not Long-Lewis); and there is never a doc fee at Long-Lewis like at the other “chain” dealerships. The first thing that impressed me about Long Lewis was that they leave their cars unlocked 24/7 so that you can sit in them and judge how the car will fit you. 2/3/17 – Our salesman was Blake Stutts and he was super helpful. We have looked at car since July and we really wanted to shop local at Long-Lewis because of their reputation. We did look at a few other dealers but their sales people were either not helpful or overly persistent when we stated we were no longer interested in the vehicle we had looked at. After shopping around we said we would wait until Long-Lewis had a car we wanted either used or new. Blake priced several vehicles for us over several months and answered all our questions. We were set on certain colors, options and mileage but we knew we’d find something eventually. On the day we purchased Blake showed us a used Explorer that had everything we wanted and I was really thinking that’s the way we’d go because it was at the price point we said we wanted to be in. I asked him if we could see a new Explorer because of the rebates and 0% interest being offered for 72 months. He sat down with us and broke the numbers down for us and went above and beyond to break them down further and answer questions. We decided on the new explorer we had looked at and the process from there was super easy. Blake got our paper work started and sent for the car to be cleaned up while we went to the finance department. It was later in the day so I expected them to tell us we could pick it up tomorrow clean or bring it back to be cleaned. I was surprised and impressed that they took care of it right away. The finance guy Jeff was super helpful and explained the gap coverage, oil package, etc. to us. It was so easy and quick and we were on our way. We are 32 and 35 years old and we’ve never purchased a new vehicle. We didn’t expect the process to be that smooth and easy. Long-Lewis will have our future business and we’ve both bragged on how great Blake treated us and the entire process was so smooth. We’d also like to thank you for the police officers rebate. That is a wonderful thing to offer.
