7/28/22 – My experience with Long-Lewis Ford of The River Region was exceptional Cornelius Lang was my salesman and he knew the product extremely well and was very helpful through out the process. I purchased the vehicle for my wife who was not there with me and Cornelius had me bring her back by the next day so that he could go over the cars options and how everything worked for her. This was my second new vehicle purchase from Long-Lewis of the River Region in Prattville from Cornelius Lang and will be any future purchase location and salesman as well. 7/22/22 – Our salesman was Johnathan Lynch and right from the start he was upfront and honest. He did everything he could to find us the perfect vehicle and helped us secure a retail order on a 2022 Bronco Sport. Once the Bronco arrived at the dealership he called and was so excited to tell us it was ready. We live a hour and a half away from the Long-Lewis Ford dealership so this was our first time visiting the dealership and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. 4/6/22 – Everyone was as nice as good be. Very helpful, kind, we were offered snacks, drinks while we waited. There was an issue with the vehicle we purchased, after we brought it home it ran out of oil but I was able to speak with Chris the manager on a Sunday to work out the problem. We went back to the store on Monday and they worked with us on another vehicle. I would highly recommend to others purchasing a vehicle from them. I plan to buy my next vehicle from them in the future.

I was treated very exceptionally and my sales person was wonderful treated me nice took time with me when was figuring what I wanted and just going through the process of everything kept me in the loop about everything and never tried to talk me into anything or out of anything like the previous Ford place I visited tried to do. In saying this I will recommend Long-Lewis to all my friends and family that are looking into buying cars in the future and I will continue to visit Long-Lewis for all my future services on my car even though I have to travel further to get there, I want no one else but Long-Lewis. 2/11/22 – Blake is a great sales representative he took the time to listen to my needs never forcing me to buy a vehicle but simply giving me more options that I had no idea that I had. He always took my phone calls or text messages if he couldn’t answer he would respond back the same day. Blake’s assistant was nice enough to pick me up from my house so I did not have to inconvenience any of my family members during the purchase of my new truck. This service is unheard of today and I really appreciate that. When it came time to actually do the financing Steven and the financial department was great he took the time to give me more financial options than I thought for this is great considering I have to take this loan out for 5 years. My next vehicle will be from Long-Lewis Ford see you in 7 years!

11/12/21 – Everyone was so helpful! Shawn was my sales person and he did an amazing job with knowing when to give space for me to think and when I needed more help. I was unexpectedly needing to get a new car and was definitely not ready and hadn’t done enough research to know what I truly wanted. I was working to decide between the Edge and Explorer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive an Explorer that was in the rental department since they didn’t have any one the lot. That additional care and effort allowed me to get the vehicle I truly wanted instead of settling on a vehicle that was simply just already on the lot. Shawn was able to locate the perfect vehicle I wanted that was set for a sister lot. He managed to have the car brought to our lot and the rest is history! He was very personable and patient when I was tired of waiting (even though we were still well within the estimated timing window). Everyone involved couldn’t have been more helpful!

The time arrived for us to purchase another vehicle and we contacted Long-Lewis in Prattville, AL to inquire about purchasing a new Explorer. Our sales person was so helpful to us throughout the entire process. He even offered to let us take a new Explorer home overnight so we could check it out. We took him up on that offer and returned to the dealership the next day and purchased the vehicle. Our sales person was actually scheduled to be off the day we bought the car but he went beyond the call of duty and came in to complete the transaction. 6/19/22 – I was helped immediately at 7am when they open. I was getting my oil changed and front right headlight and tag light replaced. All the employees were very nice. The attendance continually checked with me. the headlight was taking a little while. He showed me that my air filter needed replacing. He offered me something to eat and drink, and if I wanted to go inside where it was cooler and much more comfortable, due to the extended time. He told me I will need brake pads in the front; that I was at a 2 out of 5. I would say the customer service is where it should be. I will definitely continue to do business with this location. I am very happy with all my services performed at this location, even though the labor is a little pricey. But I much rather do business with the dealer than a shade tree mechanic. Keep up the good job. Thanks for the confidence in knowing that my car will be serviced correctly.

5/29/22 – The experience was very favorable. The first lady walked out in the rain to give me instructions. The next person explained it all very well and asked if I wanted wiper blades replaced. I knew they needed replacing so I said yes. A trainee attempted to change them but was unsuccessful so another guy did it properly and they work very well. One of the attendants was so very pleasant and asked if I wanted tires rotated. Later he told me the price so I agreed. I went inside while oil was being changed and the whole thing took about one hour and one half. Everyone was very polite and explained very well. Thank you.

4/22/22 – I brought my F150 in yesterday for a recall, oil change, and a grinding noise in the front (brake pads and rotors). Everyone was very polite and thanked me for my business – the person answering the phone had a smile in her voice and when I thanked her for her help she stated it was her pleasure…I first want to say that when there is a large selection of places I could take my truck for servicing, how I am treated ranks high when I determine how I spend my money. Long-Lewis exceeded my expectations. I also want to say Russell was great! I can’t say enough about him, from the time I called on Monday to schedule my service to Thursday when I brought my truck in and picked up after service. Russell was very easy to talk to, polite and knowledgeable. I dropped my truck off Thursday around 8:15. Russell arranged for Randy to drive me home (and come pick me up late afternoon when my truck was ready) on the ride back to my house Russell called to say he had driven the truck and what he found, and he’d call me back with an estimate. Everything could not have run smoother. Russell gave me an estimate (which I thought was a very fair price) and to my surprise when I picked up my truck it was actually about $100 less than the estimate. Russell even took the time to tell me about a mouse the mechanic found (alive) in my truck (I live in the country and mice in engines is an issue) he even gave me some suggestions on how to keep mice out. So much of my experience was a step beyond what I expected. I would also like to say that Randy was very polite and personable- the ride to and from my house (an hour each way) was enjoyable. I will be recommending Long-Lewis and Russell to anyone looking for an honest, polite and smooth experience servicing their vehicle.

2/25/22 – Service was outstanding. Dropped off my truck on a Wednesday before traveling to another state for personal matters. Truck was ready to pick up on Friday. That was good as I was still out of town. Dropped it off because it had a rough idle and a recall from Ford for a transmission speed sensor. Picked up my truck on Tuesday when I got back in town. My check engine light was not on when I dropped off my truck but it did come on yesterday (Thursday). Not blaming anyone for that as the light comes and goes seemingly randomly. Was planning to call Russell at Long-Lewis today in fact to see if he can squeeze me in just to hook it up to the computer. Very friendly guy.

I pulled up and Mr. Sam had me in there within 2 minutes. I really appreciated the time Mr. Sam took to see how many points I had on my Ford Pass Account and the fact that I didn’t have anyone pushing extra unneeded items at me, like special premium type oil. 9/29/21 – My 2018 F450 had warranty service work needing to be done. Because I use my truck at work , being without it is a major strain. I took it to my local dealership, Stivers Ford of Montgomery, who diagnosed the problem, returned my truck to me and ordered the parts. After receiving the parts, Stivers made an appointment for me to bring the truck so it could go straight to the mechanic and I would incur as little down time as possible. Rather than doing that, my truck sat untouched for a week. After returning on the scheduled day to get the truck, I was told it would be at least the beginning of the following week before they could start. Furious, I took my truck and vowed never to return to Stivers Ford even if it meant swapping brands. Because my company has bought 2 other Ford F250’s this year from Long-Lewis in Prattville, I knew they were opening a new heavy truck shop. I called Long-Lewis and a young lady in the service department named Amanda patiently listened to my issues and set an appointment for the following week. Rather than look at the truck, order parts and reschedule another appointment, they overnighted the parts, made the repairs and had my truck back to me within a few days. The service was outstanding and I can’t say enough about the professionalism. I can honestly say that Long-Lewis of Prattville is the reason my next truck will most likely be a Ford. If Stivers in Montgomery was my only choice, I would be back in Chevrolets. I have purchased 5 trucks for my company this year alone with plans to make additional purchases next year.

They are very professional and caring to satisfy the customers, I had taken my 2019 F150 to Stiver’s to be repaired and they couldn’t fix the problem. I brought it to Long-Lewis and meet with Jim Misjak he drove my truck and said he knew exactly what the problem was with my F150. He then ordered the parts and when I went back and picked up my truck it was fixed and running like a new one again, and now I will never go anywhere else but Long-Lewis and I have told all my family and friends about my wonderful experience at Long-Lewis. I had just got back from a 4 day road trip & somehow acquired a slow leak in my right front tire. A very nice, informative lady named Vickie answered the phone, asked me what I was looking for in a tire, got my tire size & within minutes, I was emailed 3 different quotes with finance information. I let her know my decision & was answered back with a phone call to set up instructions. I had mentioned to her I had a slow leak & she offered for me to stop by there on my way home & they would look at it, so I did. I pulled right into the Quick Lane service & was greeted by this young lady who was in fact, Vickie, the lady I had been conversing with, she called out to this very nice serviceman named Daryl & he suggested we put it up on the rack so he could look at my tire. There was a dark spot on my tire about the size of a silver dollar & within that spot was a chunk of rubber missing with the metal radial strips broken, he said it was unbelievable that I didn’t have a blow out. Vickie said wow, that is just something & said we really don’t want you driving on that tire & your tires will be here in the morning, so let me see what I can do. Well she went inside & next thing I know, she comes out with a offer of them giving me a loaner car & when I got off of work the next day, my new tires would all be on & ready to roll! Minutes after I arrived, a salesman came up and asked if he could help. I told him the situation and he immediately tried to program the bluetooth back on, but it did not work. He sent another employee to check and he could not program the bluetooth back on, either. A third person was sent over, but he could not get the bluetooth to work, either. I was next was taken to the person who schedules service appointments and he promptly made me an appointment.We brought the car in as scheduled and we were able to pick it up that evening. the bluetooth worked once again and it is still working great. Everyone was very helpful, quick and efficient. It was a great experience.

3/3/17 – Vicky the person I came into contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable after they found a couple of issues she called & explained. The truck stops and rides great. At the time I came in they where very busy but Vicky made me feel just as important as the people ahead of me. That’s what mostly stands out and I look forward to next service.

3/1/17 – Again, the customer service was impeccable! All staff we encounter are great. Brian took my an hour early on Saturday morning because I had a death in the family and was traveling out of state. Bruce Williams is great at keeping me informed! He took on the task of registering my vehicle himself when he got in to work. The service dept is really amazing. However, The experiences with my 2013 Focus (38000 miles) have me questioning the quality of the product. This is my daughters vehicle and I need dependability, which is of utmost importance.

2/20/17 – They completed a recall on my rear doors of my 2011 car. I was surprised that when I asked the front service desk guy to check if he felt the power steering was okay, he said it would be a 100 dollars to do that. A 100 dollars to sit in the car, turn the wheel and tell me if it felt okay to him. Must be nice to be able to charge that much to do a favor for a customer.

2/11/17 – Long-Lewis performed a 60,000 mile service package. I knew up front the cost and the amount of time to complete the service. The work was done within the time frame and also included completing two recalls on my car. The service provided is exceptional. I have always received excellent service here.
