LONG-LEWIS™ encourages employees to give back to our local
communities by volunteering time. To express our encouragement, we
are excited to introduce the Employee Volunteerism Program.
Each time you volunteer (unpaid time) for a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, complete and submit a Volunteer Verification Form. A button link to the Volunteer Verification Form can be found at the bottom of this page, or you may click here.
Electronic forms must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days following the date you volunteered. The form will not be accepted if it is not fully completed or is turned in late.
As you know, LONG-LEWIS™ partners with several non-profits throughout the year, providing employees the opportunity to volunteer. These company initiatives will count toward your volunteer hours. A verification form must be completed for these initiatives as well.
To receive credit for your volunteer hours, non-profits must be listed as a 501(c)3 organization on the IRS Exempt Organizations website, click here.
The program will begin each year on November 15th and will end the following year on November 15th.
The Top 5 Employees with the most volunteer hours will be recognized & rewarded at the Annual Company Christmas Party.
A minimum of 12 volunteer hours per year will be required to be recognized in the top five.*

*Anyone found to be exaggerating participation or hours volunteered, will be disqualified from
program participation indefinitely and may be subject to termination of employment.
